The works consisted of the complete external refurbishment of the dwellings, rewiring and replacement central heating and replacement of driveways and mains services whilst retaining the Tenants in occupation. Roofs were stripped and retiled, new insulation installed, new uPVC fascias and rainwater goods fitted, new uPVC double glazed windows and external doors installed, all external elevations fitted with an insulated render system with all works phased to each block of dwellings and all activities programmed to minimise disruption to the Tenants and the estate as each phase of the works progressed.
