Norman Cowin Limited – Building & Civil Engineering Contractors are committed to providing quality products and services which meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. This includes the compliance to all applicable legal and statutory requirements in the provision of building and civil engineering contracts they deliver.
In March 2014 the company’s Management committed to and in December 2014, gained ISO 9001 Quality Standard that not only demonstrates their desire to achieve and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction but encourages a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
Quality objectives are set and regularly reviewed as part of the management review process which ensures their business is sustainable and that systems and procedures are effective.
This policy is communicated to all staff and other interested parties as part of the business competence, training and awareness program and is available on the business website.
History
Since its formation in July 1987, now celebrating over 25 years of contributing to the Island’s construction industry and its economy, the Company has undertaken and successfully completed many private and public works building projects for private individuals, Government Departments, Local Authorities in housing, offices, schools, conservation (historic buildings) in refurbishment, extension and alterations, new build, maintenance and remedial works/emergency repairs.
